Dot's Diner

Dot’s Diner serves the kind of burger that looks humble on the plate and then wins you over in three bites.

The patties had a solid crust, the onions were properly griddled, and the pickles were sharp enough to keep the whole thing from getting sleepy. The fries were thin and salty in a very convincing diner way.

Verdict

The bun was close to collapse by the end, which honestly added to the experience. I would absolutely go back.
